There are many cultural questions that need to be considered by a leader. Have we developed a strategy to foster cross cultural ideas and opportunities? Do we have a respectful and humane system and procedure to identify and resolve cross-cultural conflicts? What do we need to know about each other to communicate with excellence cross culturally? How do we respect differences in our communication?
